Shipping:

PayPal and Credit Card Payment
For US and Canadian addresses, orders should arrive within 7 - 10 days from receipt of payment.

Personal Checks and Cashier's Checks
For US and Canadian shipping addresses, orders will be shipped after checks have cleared -- usually 3 - 5 business days. After payments have cleared, order should arrive within 7 - 10 days.

International Shipping
For international shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to arrive from date of payment or check clearance.

Return Policy:

Customers may contact us for a refund of the purchase price within 120 days of receiving the product. Items must be return in their original condition and packaging. By ordering from elizadoraardonette.com, you agree to all our terms regarding purchases and returns.

Warranty:

All of our memory foam mattresses and pillows come with a 30 year manufacturer's warranty. Pocket sprung mattresses and designer beds come with a 10 year warranty. Adjustable beds come with a 5 year warranty. Comforters and window treatments are covered by a 10 year warranty. Warranties do not cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original warranty card.
